Scope, engagement & terms
These terms apply to all supply of finishing, plastering, painting, and carpentry services provided by Zentavire Pty Ltd (ABN 53 739 184 226). Quotes and estimates are subject to site inspection and written acceptance. Variation works are charged separately.
- Written quote required for projects over $5,000 AUD.
- Prices exclude statutory levies, council approvals and permit fees unless stated.
- Payment terms: as specified in the quote (progress claims for larger works).

Consumer guarantees — Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Zentavire acknowledges consumer rights under the ACL (Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Services supplied are covered by consumer guarantees including:
- Services rendered with due care and skill;
- Fit for the specified purpose;
- Completed within a reasonable time when *** timeframe is agreed.

Licences, insurance & workplace safety
Zentavire operates with required insurances and follows state building laws. For registered building work where applicable we engage appropriately licensed subcontractors and maintain public liability insurance.

Privacy, data handling & legal requests
We process personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy. Requests for access, correction or deletion of personal data should be directed to our privacy officer.

Warranties, defects and liability
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard workmanship warranty is 12 months from practical completion for finishing works. Manufacturer product warranties (paint, plaster, trims) are separate.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services supplied except where statutory consumer guarantees apply.
Dispute resolution & governing law
Any dispute arising out of services provided by Zentavire will be addressed in good faith. Parties should attempt internal resolution in writing within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or the relevant state tribunal (e.g., VCAT in Victoria) or courts of competent jurisdiction.
Governing law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the state of Victoria where applicable.
